No clerical authority, sacramental function, or ecclesiastical office is claimed or implied.

3. Nature of Services and Relationship

All services and content provided by Serenity Empowered, LLC — including coaching sessions, financial education, self-defense and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction, spiritual guidance, written materials, digital content, programs, courses, workshops, and publications — are provided for educational, instructional, spiritual, and personal development purposes only.

Participation in these Services does not create a medical, therapeutic, psychological, legal, fiduciary, or clergy-penitent relationship.

4. Client Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from your participation in the Company’s Services. You agree to seek advice from appropriately licensed professionals for medical, mental health, legal, or regulated financial matters.

Participation in self-defense or martial arts instruction involves inherent physical risks. You represent that you are physically capable of participating and voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities. Parents or legal guardians must provide written consent and execute a liability waiver for any minor participant.

All original materials produced by Serenity Empowered, LLC, including branding, logos, written content, courses, and instructional materials, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
